BPC guarantee

Our interpreters, each possessing a minimum of 60 hours training + experience, strictly adhere to interpretation codes of conduct. They are well-versed in medical terminology, hold HIPAA certification, and undergo continuous training, including annual recertification in ADA, Compliance Medicare Parts C and D, Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste and Abuse, HIPAA, Code of Ethics, Cultural Competency, and Patient Engagement. We maintain rigorous monitoring processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Students

60 + hours training focused on Medical Terminology is a MUST to be a BPC certified Interpreter.

9 certificates are issued to all our Interprereters who get re-certified every year as part of our QA Guarantee.
